I finished writing a young adult paranormal fiction novel, edited it as much as I could on my own, and it’s now in the hands of an editor. When I get it back, I’ll go over the editor’s feedback and finish the publishing process, with the goal of publishing in the fall.
The plan is to give more updates and reveals along the way. I have a title and cover, which I plan to reveal in the coming weeks.
What’s the book about? I’ll give the gist of it for now:
I’d like to call it a young adult paranormal forest adventure. It’s paranormal because it includes a paranormal creature. This creature asks our teenaged main character for her help, which sparks her going on an adventure into the woods and a parallel journey into herself.
Like many authors, I’m finding the blurb that describes the book harder to write than the book itself. I’ve written a million versions yet still don’t seem to be satisfied. When I have it done and can describe the book in better detail, I’ll share that with you as well.
